Your acceptance of our Policy will be considered from the moment you access our platform, agree to register for any of our services, or provide your data to establish a relationship (commercial, academic, or employment) with our Institution, participate in campaigns, events, research, among others.

We emphasize that if you do not agree to provide us with the personal data necessary for the execution of the activities mentioned above or with the provisions of this Policy, you must discontinue access to and/or processing of your registration. However, the absence of registration and the failure to provide your data may, in some cases, prevent the provision of services or the execution of the desired activity.

We collect the information necessary to fulfill our educational mission and for you to benefit from the educational activities offered by us.

Please note that we are not responsible for the accuracy and updating of the information you provide. Therefore, be careful when sending us any personal data or documents.

We also collect personal data automatically when you use the ICTMG website or other platforms, such as cookies and other information described in the specific bar available on the website.

When necessary, we collect your image, that of your legal guardian, family members, or third parties as visitors, as applicable.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE THE COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data is used by us for various purposes, mainly regarding contract execution, compliance with legal/regulatory obligations, regular exercise of rights, legitimate interest, and consent.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE THIS PERSONAL DATA?

We keep your personal data for the necessary period or when, for legal reasons, we are obliged to do so.

The storage period will vary, such as in compliance with a legal obligation, to fulfill a request made by you, or even our legitimate interest as a company in the education sector.

We also emphasize that if the deletion or anonymization of personal data is requested, this will only be possible for data whose storage is not required by law or regulatory authority.

We warn that, by legal force, even in the case of deletion, we must retain the personal data you provide for the period established by Federal, State or Municipal Legislation or specific legislation in the field of Education.

WHEN PERSONAL DATA IS SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES.

We share your information only with authorized partners and suppliers to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy.

The processing of your personal data by authorized partners and suppliers is subject to specific contractual rules, imposing responsibilities so that the activities they carry out comply with the General Data Protection Law.

Government Agencies and Authorities: To comply with legal and regulatory requirements or obligations, inspections and evaluations, granting scholarships and student financing, among others. Or to defend the Group's rights in judicial or administrative proceedings;

Partner Centers: To complete enrollments and provide the contracted educational services;

Financial Institutions, Payment Providers, Payment Integrators, and Credit Card Companies: To process payments related to educational and administrative services purchased;

Service providers that process personal data on behalf of ICTMG in order to perform certain functions related to their activities, such as, but not limited to:

Collections and negotiation of existing financial debts;

Marketing and communication actions (advertisements, email marketing, telemarketing, and measurement of the reach of our services and communication actions);

Cloud services for our platform and systems and hosting of services and content;

External audit, to identify and prevent vulnerabilities related to illicit, fraudulent, or suspicious activities.

We may also share your information to comply with legal obligations, public policies, emergency response, or when required by a competent authority.

Under no circumstances does ICTMG license, sell, or transfer personal data to any third party for profit or in any manner contrary to this Policy.

HOW WE GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

The security of your personal data is one of our main concerns. To protect it, we use, whenever possible, the protective measures currently available, such as encryption.

The information collected will be stored in our databases, which are located on our own servers or those of third parties contracted by us, located in Brazil or abroad. If storage occurs in another territory, we will guarantee compliance with the necessary security measures to carry out the international transfer of data.

Data Access: You can request, through our customer service channels, a list of your personal data stored in our systems and databases;

Data Correction: You can, at any time, adjust your personal data if it is incomplete, incorrect, or outdated, using the tools available on our platforms. You can also request this adjustment from the Student Service Center, Academic Secretariat, or relevant Corporate Areas, when dealing with employees or third parties.

Objection: You can object to certain processing operations involving your data or restrict its use for specific purposes, as well as request a review of automated decisions.

Data Deletion: You can, at any time, request the total or partial deletion of your personal data by canceling your enrollment or other registrations and enrollments you have made. However, we emphasize that, even after a deletion request, ICTMG may retain some of your personal data in anonymized format or for the following purposes: (a) judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings (for the necessary period), (b) compliance with legal and/or regulatory obligations, or (c) regular exercise of rights, such as enforcing ICTMG's rights based on the service agreement.

You may also send requests or complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the National Data Protection Authority.
