Line & Base

Line & Base training is a specialized training program that teaches technicians line and base maintenance procedures. Line maintenance is performed at the airport, usually between flights, and involves quick inspections and repairs. Base maintenance, on the other hand, is more in-depth maintenance performed in a hangar, which can last days or weeks and includes complete overhauls of systems and components.
